Revision Rhinoplasty

Dr. Grigoryants specializes in endonasal rhinoplasty, also known as closed rhinoplasty. With this technique, incisions are placed inside the nose, and no scar will be present across the bottom of the nose. The goal of rhinoplasty is to create a natural and more attractive nose, and the use of endonasal rhinoplasty promotes this result.

The photographs below are untouched and show real results of Dr. Grigoryants’ patients.

PATIENT 10: The patient underwent closed revision rhinoplasty after a previous surgery elsewhere.

This after photo still show mild deviation. Photo take 1.8 years after surgery.

This after photo is taken about 3.5 years after surgery. The nose looks much straighter as compared to before surgery and to the earlier after photo. This confirms that it takes years for the final shape to show especially after a revision rhinoplasty.
